In my personal opinion, KOF 2002 magic plus 2 is better than KOF 2002, why you may ask?, simply because it’s more button mashing friendly than the normal KOF 2002, the super power bar (or desesperation move bar) fills when you block or do and attack, letting the player do more combos or special moves instead of slowly filling it up by blocking or doing tons of attacks. In the original KOF 2002 there are only 42 playable characters, 1 boos and 1 secret character, but in magic plus 2 you are able to chose from 45 characters KOF 2002: magic plus 2 is a fan edited version of KOF 2002.
